Preventative Exterminator Services
Spring Pretreatments
We offer an annual preventative exterior treatment in the spring which protects your home from ants and/or wasps. This program provides a seasonal service agreement from spring through the end of fall. If additional treatments are needed, we will return free of charge.
Sesonal Treatment Plan
The Seasonal Treatment Plan is a preventative pest control program. We will treat the interior and exterior of your home every spring, summer, and fall. This treatment is for ants, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, centipedes, spiders, wasps, and yellow jackets. This program provides a seasonal service agreement. If additional treatments are needed between scheduled treatments, we will return free of charge.
Some pest problems cannot be anticipated or prevented. This program does not cover rodents, urban wildlife (squirrels, raccoons, chipmunks, birds, etc.) flies, fleas, ticks, bed bugs, termites, gnats, clover mites, mosquitoes, pests originating from nearby vegetation (lady beetles, etc.) These special problems would be treated as needed and charged on a discounted basis from our regular service fee.
Quarterly Service Plan
With our Quarterly Service Plan, we will treat the interior and exterior of your home every spring, summer, and fall. It also includes an interior-only treatment in the winter along with mouse control. This treatment is for ants, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, centipedes, spiders, wasps, yellow jackets, and mice. This program provides a year-round service agreement. If additional treatments are needed, we will return free of charge.
